LRT CITY.COM - PT Adhi Commuter Properti will issue Bonds I Adhi Commuter Properti in 2021 with a principal amount of Rp 500 billion. This subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) will offer bonds in two short series.
Series A bonds have a principal value of Rp 328 billion. Bonds with a tenor of 367 today offer an interest rate of 10.5% per an an hour.
Series B bonds have a principal value of Rp 9 billion. This 3-year bond offers an interest rate of 11% per an an ounce.
The remaining bonds offered as much as Rp 163 billion in series A and series B bonds will be guaranteed in the best effort. This bond has obtained an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on May 7, 2021.
The public offering period of Adhi Commuter bonds will last two days, namely today, May 11 and May 17, 2021. Allotment date is May 18, 2021.
