LRTCity.com - PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP), a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., revealed that 58.1 percent of the transit oriented development (TOD) concept residential projects it has developed have sold 58.1 percent in the pre-sales stage.
"The public's interest in the TOD concept housing developed by Adhi Commuter Properti is quite high. Pre-sales sales for Adhi Commuter Properti projects have so far amounted to 58.1 percent for the 11 projects currently being developed," said Marketing Director of Adhi Commuter Properti Indra Syahruzza in a virtual Media Gathering in Jakarta.
Indra added that this shows a strong demand for TOD-concept residential access classes located at major transportation nodes. It also proves that the TOD concept is attractive as an investment destination.
Adhi Commuter Properti has a very structured and efficient process in the cash conversion cycle. In project development, from the start of construction to handover, it takes about 18 to 24 months, namely for landed houses or landed houses, and about 36 months for multi-storey residential projects.
"Basically we have a fairly fast revenue cycle accompanied by efficient development methods and a launch to transfer period to maintain positive business fundamental growth," said Indra.
On the same occasion, Finance Director of Adhi Commuter Properti, Mochamad Yusuf, said that his party had started to hand over several projects.
"Until now, we have started handing over four of our projects, namely LRT City Bekasi – Eastern Green, LRT City Jatibening, LRT City MTH in MT Haryono, LRT City Sentul," said Yusuf.
He also added that of the four projects that have been handed over, by the end of this year, there are also three new projects that will be handed over, namely in LRT City Cisauk, then Adhi City housing in Sentul, and finally a commercial area in LRT City MTH.
