LRTCity.com - PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP), a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., will add two new projects in the Cikunir and Pancoran areas so that the total projects developed will increase to 9 projects around the phase 1 Jabodebek LRT line.

According to Rizkan, this shows that Adhi Commuter Properti really dominates the development around the Jabodebek LRT station and makes it the first and largest transit oriented development or TOD development company in Indonesia.
All of the company's projects are located at points on the Jabodebek LRT route which have the potential to become highly developed residential areas.
"Most of our current development is located at the points of the Jabodebek LRT phase 1, and we have received information that the progress of the Jabodebek LRT phase 1 construction is almost 90 percent and will be fully operational in mid-2022 commercially," said Rizkan.
Adhi Commuter Properti has a strong portfolio of existing and new TOD projects located in Greater Jakarta. The entire area has a total of more than 54,000 units, with a landbank of 140 hectares.
The LRT will be one of the backbones of mass transportation in Greater Jakarta (Jakarta - Bogor - Depok - Bekasi), in addition to the electric rail train (KL), mass rapid transit (MRT), and bus rapid transit (BRT).
President Joko Widodo in June 2021, stated that the Jabodebek LRT will operate in June 2022. Currently, various TOD ADCP property projects are in the right position for the community to benefit from the operation of the LRT lines, namely Cibubur – Cawang, Cawang – Dukuh Atas, Cawang – Bekasi east.
